Regulators have suspended for seven days a 30-minute evening news-analysis programme on Voice TV, the Shinawatra family-owned satellite channel. The seven-day suspension will take effect once Voice TV receives an official notice from the NBTC. The programme on Monday said the conflicts in society resulted from a lack of judicial reform. The NBTC did not say which part of the programme it found breaching the order. The show was broadcast on weekdays and hosted by ML Nattakorn Devakula, son of former Deputy Prime Minister ML Pridiyathorn Devakula.
